How to schedule flower delivery in Miami

Cutoff times, dates, gated buildings, heat and tracking — everything that decides whether your flowers arrive on time in Miami.

1. Know the cutoff before you pick a date

Miami studios build arrangements the morning of delivery, so the ordering cutoff is what decides whether flowers arrive today or tomorrow. At Luxury Bloom 305 the cutoff is 1PM Eastern Time: order before then and the bouquet is designed and hand-delivered the same day across Miami-Dade.

If you are ordering from another time zone, convert first. A 1PM Miami cutoff is 10AM in Los Angeles and 6PM in London, which is the single most common reason a gift slips a day.

2. Schedule ahead for dates that matter

For Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, quinceañeras and weddings, choose the date at checkout rather than relying on same-day capacity. Our checkout lets you pick any arrival date up to 60 days out, and the date you choose is the date printed on your confirmation.

Peak dates sell out of premium rose counts first. If you want a 100-rose Premium size for a specific day, book it at least a week ahead.

3. Give a delivery address that a courier can actually reach

Most Miami deliveries fail at the door, not on the road. Brickell and Downtown high-rises usually require a unit number and often route gifts through a concierge or valet desk. Gated communities in Doral, Kendall and Pinecrest need a gate code or the recipient's name on the guest list.

For offices, use the business name plus floor and add the recipient's phone number so the courier can call from the lobby. For hospitals and hotels, include the room or reservation name — front desks will not accept an unnamed delivery.

4. Pick a delivery window that suits Miami heat

Summer afternoons in Miami regularly pass 90°F with high humidity. Morning arrivals are kinder to roses and tulips, and a recipient who is home can put the bouquet in air conditioning right away. If the flowers must wait outside, ask for a shaded drop or a concierge hand-off instead of a doorstep.

5. Send it as a surprise without spoiling it

Use your own email for the order confirmation and the recipient's phone only for courier contact. Your card message is printed and included with the arrangement, so it is the only thing the recipient reads — keep the invoice out of the box.

6. Track the order instead of guessing

Every Luxury Bloom 305 order emails a private tracking link showing the promised arrival date and the current status: preparing, in studio, out for delivery, delivered. Check that link before calling — it updates as the courier moves.
