Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Miami?

Yes. Order by 1PM for same-day delivery across Miami-Dade. Orders placed after the 1PM cutoff are scheduled for the next available delivery date, which you choose at checkout.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Our own couriers hand-deliver across Brickell, Coral Gables, Downtown, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, Doral, Kendall and the surrounding Miami-Dade neighborhoods. Arrangements are never boxed and shipped.

Can I choose a specific delivery date?

Yes. Checkout shows every available date, honours the 1PM same-day cutoff, and confirms the promised arrival date before you pay. That date also appears on your confirmation page and order tracking.

What happens if nobody is home?

Our courier will attempt contact using the phone number on the order. When it is safe and permitted, the arrangement is left with a concierge or front desk; otherwise we call you to arrange redelivery.

How do I track my order?

Every order has a tracking page with the arrangement, selected size, quantity, order date, status and promised arrival. You can open it any time from the Orders link in the header.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Because each arrangement is designed to order, call the studio at (786) 836-9856 as soon as possible. Changes are usually possible until the arrangement enters production on its delivery day.

What if the flowers arrive damaged?

Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace the arrangement or make it right — fresh flowers are perishable, so prompt notice lets us act quickly.

Do you accept returns?

Fresh floral arrangements cannot be returned or resold once delivered. Instead, we resolve any quality issue directly with a replacement or a suitable remedy.

Will I receive a confirmation email?

Yes. A confirmation is sent to the email you enter at checkout as soon as payment completes, and your order also appears on the tracking page.

What is the difference between Standard, Deluxe and Premium?

Each size keeps the same design and adds stem count and scale: Standard is our signature presentation, Deluxe adds fullness and height, and Premium is the most dramatic version of the arrangement.

How long will my flowers last?

With daily care, most arrangements stay beautiful for five to seven days. Longevity depends on the variety, the room temperature and how quickly the water is refreshed.

How should I care for my arrangement?

Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from heat vents and ripening fruit. Top up or change the water every day, and trim any stems that soften.

Do flower boxes need water?

Boxed designs are built in florist foam that is already hydrated. Add a small amount of water to the foam every other day and keep the box in a cool spot.

How do I care for preserved roses?
